Leadership is Synonymous with Service!
For most of my career, I have been engaged in various management positions.
As part of my work, I have attempted to implement my main objective of making the world a better place, my desire to execute tasks in the best possible manner, my ability to identify with the assignment and to enlist the entire organisation to meet this goal.
During the past twenty years, I have amassed proven sophisticated management abilities and have honed these skills in diverse and challenging fields. I have studied and developed the ability to listen, observe and consult. I am very proud of my mentoring and coaching abilities.
A town director serves as the mayor of a small town that reflects a microcosm of Israeli society.
In different communities over the past 15 years, I hold that position. I have learned a lot about service, management, budget control and management of public sector construction projects. I have worked with government ministries and developed resources using governmental sources of funding.
Primarily, I have gained expertise in understanding and listening to clients (the residents) under the constraints of management and its economic capabilities, as well as finding solutions that are satisfactory to all the parties involved.

The director of an agricultural association is the general manager of a business partnership between all the local landowners, who reports to the executive committee, the Cooperative Societies’ Registrar and he must adhere to public standards.
On a daily basis, the director must take into account business benchmarks, the size of revenues and financial balance sheets.
In this capacity, I have learned business development, specialising in creatively improvising solutions for each situation. I have learned marketing, how to utilise social media and communications and business development for economic initiatives. Most of all, I have learned how to optimally serve the members of the association, who are both my clients, while at the same time, landowners and members of the board.
This requires great flexibility.

This is the human aspect of my work for the last 5 year's , which involves compassion, nurturing and good deeds.
I have learned resource development while working with donors, foundations, government ministries and private institutions.
In this capacity, I have managed enormous projects that help make the world a better place, including sustainability projects, in order to implement the comprehensive vision of Israel Prize recipient – Rabbi Yitzhak David Grossman and his flagship association – Migdal Ohr.
Long term processes are related to sustainability, organisational survival and complex projects that combine management and interpersonal relationships.

A headquarters company commander is a service and advisory- based position. It involves providing service to the combat frameworks in terms of logistics, maintenance, communications and medicine. I served as an advisor to the combat brigade commander/ battalion commander in the field of logistics.
My work was conducted while sticking to a very tight schedule, in stressful situations and at times under enemy fire.
All of these skills were learned while managing many teams scattered across an expansive field and in various military frameworks with a variable hierarchy.
As part of my service as part of regular reserve duty, I also benefit a great deal from the position, while preparing for assignments. Skills I have honed include improvisation, understanding how to react in extreme and crisis situations and an ability to understand and become acquainted with various sectors of our special and wonderful nation..

Through all of these pursuits, most of which I have conducted simultaneously, I have become closely familiar with Israel, the complexity of its management, especially vis-à-vis the public, and at times in relation to the local authority or government ministries, the organisation’s management of commanders, etc.
I have become well acquainted with public administration, Israeli youth and our wonderful nation living both in towns and cities, and with what still needs to be corrected to make the world a better place.
